• doctorate graduate of Management and Economics faculty at the Technical University in Gdańsk
• graduate of Commerce and International Finances School of Fryderyk Skarbek in Warsaw where within the confines of the project realized with Tiffin University in Ohio he received the diploma of MBA Executive of International Finances
• graduated from Baltic Humanistic School where at Administration faculty he got M. A.

Professional experience: 

• 1996 – 2003 he was working for Manna Electronics and for JWD Computertechnik GmbH
• 2003 – 2005: Project Manager in National Treasury SKOK and in Media SKOK
• 2006 – 2007 he was working as the Sales Director and then as the Director of Mazowiecko – Podlaski district department PZU S. A. in Warsaw and as the Board Advisor in PZU S. A.
• 2008 – 2009 he was working as the General Director – the Board President of USKKS
• 2008 – 2009 he had the post of the Board Proxy of TUW SKOK
• 2009 – 2011: the Board Vice President in SKOK Wspólnota the unit operating in the group of Stefczyk Treasury. 
• 2009 – 2012: a member of the Supervisory Board in the Managing Company SKOK ltd. SKA. 
• Since 2011  he has been the Vice President of the Supervisory Board and the Board Advisor in Partex S. A.
• Since 2011: the Board President – the General Director of the Capital Energy Group.
